Q How long will it take to receive my custom motorcycle letter art?
A Approximately 7 business days after ordering, depending on your delivery location. Orders are processed & ready to ship in 3-5 business days. UPS Ground shipments take from 1-5 days to reach their destination in the continental U.S. Shipments to Canada usually add about 5 days to the shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
A Shipping is via UPS and the cost varies depending on the number of letters you select for your art. The shipping price shown on checkout is for the continental U.S. only. I will happily ship to other locations, but please be aware shipping to other locations may significantly increase the shipping cost. Other taxes and fees may apply when shipping outside the U.S. and are solely your responsibility.

A 3.5" wide by 5" tall
Q Are the alphabet photos available in color?
A No.
Q What size is the frame?
A The height is approximately 11". The width varies with the number of letters. For three letters, the width is about 18", for four letters it is about 22", for five letters it is about 26", for six letters it is about 31", for seven letters it is about 35", for eight letters it is about 39", for nine letters it is about 44", and for ten letters it is about 48".
Q What are custom frame color choices/styles?
A There are 3 styles/colors to choose from:
Q Is the custom frame ready to hang?
A Yes.
Q How is the back of the art finished?
A The back of the frame is sealed with craft paper, and includes wire for hanging.
Q Is the mat single or double?
A Single.
Q What are the color choices for the custom-cut mat?
A The mat is available in black, gray, or pearl for frames containing 3 to 8 letters. Frames containing 9 & 10 letters have the choice of the black or gray mat.
Q Does the frame include glass?
A Yes.
Q How should the art be hung on my wall?
A One point of attachment for frames holding up to 5 letters. Two attachments for frames with 6 or more letters.
Q What if I want to spell something with more than 10 letters?
A It may be possible although the stability of the frame & glass could be compromised. Contact me to discuss the specifics of your request.
Q Do you offer photos from other makes of motorcycles besides Harley-Davidson?
A A future possibility, but not at this time.
Q Can I purchase only the photos?
A No.
